1. Customer-Initiated Returns or Cancellations

Due to the nature of international shipping and on-demand production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, or personal reasons).
If, however you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at admin@supergenki.com so we can try to help resolve the situation.
2. Defective or Wrong Items

If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@supergenki.com.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Processing may take 10–14 business days.
5. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, production and shipping begin immediately. Therefore, cancellations are generally not accepted.
